Workforce issues are driving today’s headlines. Labor, industry, and supply chains are all experiencing disruptions whose origins our system is poised to address. For the sake of parents unable to access childcare, workers unable to find livable jobs, and communities struggling to persist through difficult times, the workforce system must rise to the occasion with creative solutions, like it always has.
The Forum, powered by the National Association of Workforce Boards, is the place and the time for the workforce system to reflect on the past and prepare for the future. It’s the nation’s largest annual workforce development conference, a convocation of the leaders, stakeholders, and policymakers with the power to drive positive change. This year, we will meet amid a moment of both critical need and transformational potential.
